Dear colleagues,
The European Society of Hypertension (ESH) invites you to apply to host the ESH Annual Meeting in either 2029 or 2030. Please note that bids may be submitted for only one of the designated years.
Prospective local organisers are expected to accommodate approximately 2,000–2,500 in-person participants and to fulfil all requirements established by the Society. Further details regarding the necessary criteria and conditions are provided in the attached document.
Prospective applicants should prepare a comprehensive proposal to be submitted by email to the
ESH Coordinator, Mandy Elgner, at eshcoordinator@eshonline.org no later than March 31, 2026.
The ESH will carefully review all bids. Shortlisted bidding cities will be notified by April 15, 2026.

The final decision will be determined by representatives of the ESH Council during the ESH 2026 Annual Meeting in Gdansk, scheduled for May 28–31, 2026. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to deliver a brief presentation and answer any questions regarding their bid at this event.
