We have recently seen a rise in fraudulent emails falsely claiming to be sent by the European Society of Hypertension (ESH) or ESH Council Members/Leaders.
These emails are sent by scammers attempting to solicit money using the names of our Council Members or the Society. Do not respond to these messages, and do not engage in any financial transactions requested in such emails.
Scammers often use email addresses that closely resemble official ones, sometimes differing by only a single letter or domain. Please remember: the ESH and its Members will never request money via email.
If you receive such an email or have any concerns, contact us immediately at eshcouncilsecretariat@
