Questionnaire for Hypertension Specialists

Dear Colleagues,

In 2007 the new Guidelines for the Management of Arterial Hypertension were prepared by the European Society of Hypertension and European Society of Cardiology. We believe that the release of this document is a good occasion to start a discussion on the implementation of the guidelines for everyday clinical practice.

Please find below a questionnaire for hypertension specialists prepared by Prof. Enrico Agabiti Rosei. The questionnaire consists of 18 multiple choice questions. We believe that this questionnaire might play an important role in closing the guidelines-to-practice gap in management of hypertension.

This questionnaire is open to everyone involved in hypertension management. However, it also serves as a part of re-accreditation process for the ESH specialists. Therefore, please provide your name if you are a certified ESH specialist.
